Envision Your Future
What would you like your life to be like?
Do you want to earn a college degree? Be a good husband or wife? Do you want to be a reliable and supportive parent or friend?
Whatever your goals, we want to help you get there. We don’t expect anyone who comes to Renew Recovery to be perfect. We’ll be there to pick you up if you stumble, but we’ll also celebrate your progress and your successes along the way.
We want you to become the person you want to be. Our programs do not take a “cookie cutter” approach to treatment. Your rehab will be tailored to fit you and your needs.
Tackle Your Issues From All Sides
At each of our four Kentucky locations (Louisville, London, and Georgetown), you will find caring and compassionate professionals who are committed to helping patients like you.
We emphasize a complete approach in our outpatient programs. Your initial appointment typically lasts between three and five hours. During this time, our team will assess your needs, which will help to guide your individual treatment plan.
With that said, your plan will likely include the following elements:
- Individual counseling — You will be paired with an individual counselor. Your one-on-one sessions will provide the foundation for your treatment. This is where you can learn new ways of dealing with stressful times without turning to a substance.
- Group counseling — But meeting regularly with others who are on similar journeys, you will know (1) that you are not alone, (2) that you can learn from other’s experiences, and (3) that you can help others as well.
- Medication-assisted treatment — The right medication can ease the symptoms of withdrawal. Patients who receive this as part of their program typically begin to taper off the medication after three to six months. However, please note that you’ll move at the right pace for you if this is part of your treatment plan.
